“SURE BREATH” Single Limb Breathing Circuit
Limb-O SURE BREATH is a single divided tube utilizing a flexible septum running the length of the tube.
Advantages include:
Light weight
27% less weight than traditional dual-limb circuits for less torque on the endotracheal tube offering more comfort for the patient.
Lower compliance
The presence of a septum in Limb-O Sure Breath decreases compliance in the circuit to significantly increase delivered volume without sacrificing drape.
Thermally efficient
Effectively transfers heat from the expiratory to the inspiratory side of the circuit. Increased thermal efficiency rates during surgery keeps gases warm and body temperature normothermic.
